It is simply a term focusing on planned change within organization. Usually, it focuses on activities of organization towards its employees development.

In organizational behavior, people focuses on understanding the issues related to individual, group and organization itself. To gain insights about individual and group, OD interventions will be useful.

Some of the important OD interventions can be listed as training & development, work life balance, building leadership pipeline, quality team , career planning, succession and replacement planning etc.
